- Trachanas (Frumenty), either sweet or sour
- Large ripe tomatoes, grated
- Τomato paste
- Extra virgin olive oil PDO Kalamata
- Manouromyzithra from Messinia
- Salt, Pepper
Put water in a pot, along with the tomato paste, the grated tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper.
Once they boil, add the olive oil and the frumenty.
Stir well and bring to a boil.
Stir regularly and add water if needed.
Once this mixture gets thick, flavour and add the grated manouromyzithra.
