Ingredients (for 2 portions)
- 500g water
- 50g corn flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 40g black raisins
- 40g shelled almonds
- 100g petimezi (molasses)
- Sesami
- Fresh spearmint
- Watermelon
Ingredients (for 2 portions)
Pour water into a pan and bring to a boil.
Add salt, sugar, oil and flour and stir constantly for several minutes until you have a smooth and velvety cream.
Add the raisins and the almonds and integrate them well in the mix.
Pour the gruel in bowls or dishes, sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with syrup.
Decorate your plates with fresh spearmint leaves and cubes of watermelon.
