Ingredients
- A piece of pork with skin
 - Extra virgin olive oil PDO Kalamata
 - Coarse salt
 - Oregano from Taygetos
 - Pepper
 - Lemon
 

Ingredients
After having washed the pork thoroughly, flavour it and rub the lemon on the side of the skin.
Add the olive oil.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 to 200 degrees for 3 hours (depending on the size of the piece).
