Gournopoulo in the Oven

Ingredients

  • A piece of pork with skin
  • Extra virgin olive oil PDO Kalamata
  • Coarse salt
  • Oregano from Taygetos
  • Pepper
  • Lemon

Directions

After having washed the pork thoroughly, flavour it and rub the lemon on the side of the skin.

Add the olive oil.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 to 200 degrees for 3 hours (depending on the size of the piece).
